Example

Instead of your address being just mail@ourcompany.co.uk wouldn’t it be nice to have john@ourcompany.co.uk or mandy@ourcompany.co.uk or even support@ourcompany.co.uk. and have the emails for those people or services delivered to the individual machines. As well as that each user can email each other or groups of users internally as well. You need never have to scribble a telephone message down again!
